Revolution Time is the new single by Elastica Dub feat. Gabriel Blue, a powerful and contemporary roots-dub track built around a deep, pulsating bassline by Mattia Palagi. The song comes from the meeting point between the spiritual attitude of reggae, the hypnotic strength of dub, and an electronic production with a strong sound system feel, produced by Alberto Tucci.

Gabriel Blue’s voice carries a message of awakening, unity and transformation, inviting the listener to rediscover inner strength and a collective vision in a time marked by confusion, division and deep change. Revolution Time is not only a call for rebellion, but an invitation to shift perspective, reconnect with rhythm, community and a more authentic vibration.

Elastica Dub & Stroboman - Double Pulse (ft. Gabriel Blue, Isha Bel & Mc Dada)

 

Double Pulse is a two-track dub release exploring awareness, control, and liberation through deep bass, space, and conscious sound. Moving between introspection and physical vibration, the project uses dub as a language to question modern systems and reconnect with presence.

The opening track, Fade Away, marks a renewed collaboration between Elastica Dub and Gabriel Blue. It is a hypnotic and immersive dub piece that reflects modern disillusion and inner resistance, where illusion, consumerism, and the search for freedom converge within a heavy, meditative groove designed for deep listening.

The second track, Live in the Moment, produced by Stroboman and Elastica Dub, features Mc Dada alongside Jamaican singer Isha Bel. Rooted in sound system culture, it delivers a message of presence and resilience, driven by powerful vocals, deep low-end pressure, and spacious dub architecture.

Double Pulse balances reflection and vibration — one pulse questioning the system, the other reclaiming the present — crafted for conscious listening and full sound system impact.

Produced together with the Indian trio Sarod Mystics, Tales of the Raj was born in the heart of Udaipur, Rajasthan — a land of deserts, camels, Maharajas, and timeless architecture where ancient and modern worlds intertwine. Always in search of ancestral sounds and instruments beyond the Western tradition,

Elastica Dub found new inspiration in this journey. Days spent with local musicians, wandering through markets and ancient palaces, gave life to a music that tells of real encounters, lived moments, and cross-cultural dialogues.

The album blends the deep vibrations of Dub Music with the mystical harmonies of the Sarod, an ancient Indian instrument mastered by only a few. Meeting one of these rare players became the spark for a unique sound experience — pulsing basslines, hypnotic echoes, and spiritual melodies that carry the listener through a vivid, imaginative soundscape.

Tales of the Raj is an immersive journey, a bridge between distant worlds that meet through music to tell stories of freedom, discovery, and universal connection.

Elastica Dub & Don Hartley - Need More Love

Italian producer Alberto Tucci aka Elastica Dub combines the vibes of reggae and dub with pure creative energy.  The founder of Elastica Records, a historic label of Dub and Electronic Music, gathers around him the best of international artists, who love reggae and dub music, to create some great releases. After his tour in India and his collaborations with Zion Train and Daman, he releases his first single on Dubophonic Records.

Jamaican born and raised Roots Reggae artist Don Hartley has over three decades of experience sharing his deeply spiritual music. He shot to notoriety on the UK and European Dub scene in 2001 via his association with Manchester UK’s Nucleus Roots label. Don has since then gone on to work with notable producers and labels like Thierry Negro (Faya Dub), Lewis Bennett (Lewis Bennet Dub), Roll & Record, Fat Bird Recordings, Rod Chaplin (MessenJah Music) and Dubophonic Records through his recent collaboration with Mikey Dub. From Kingston, Jamaica, to the UK - from Jah Rastafari to Jesus Christ - his journey has shaped both his music and his message.

Elastica Dub and Don Hartley come together in a collaboration that blends heavy dub grooves with a powerful social message. Known for his soul-stirring lyrics and global perspective, Don Hartley voices the pain of a world torn by conflict—from Ukraine to Gaza, from broken friendships to digital isolation. Dubussy - Horns N Tentacles

Dubussy is a musician and producer from Florence, Italy. His musical journey begins at an early age with the piano and a classical approach, leading him to the Florence Conservatory.

His personal epiphany for music happens when he witnesses the sound of a dub Sound System and feels the bass ‘roar’ for the first time. That’s when he starts crafting his own tunes and experimenting with dub, trying to recreate that powerful feeling that changed his life. Over time, he teaches himself to play new instruments, such as Trumpet, Melodica and Handpan.

Travel is a big part of his creative process, as he constantly draws inspiration from the places he visits and the people he meets. Though based in Florence, his nomadic lifestyle fuels his creativity, shaping a sound that is as fluid and evolving as the journey itself. His sound is strictly antifascist, antiracist and driven by a spirit of resistance and unity.

His debut EP, Horns n Tentacles, is entirely self-produced and mixed in his small home studio in Florence and mastered by Dubmatix.

Dub Cmd - Lost Transmissions

Lost Transmissions is a collection of music created by Dub Cmd in 2019, which we never released, since the original files were never available to us ... the pc on which the productions were done was stolen and with it all the music. We have nevertheless managed to find the latest versions before the files were "lost" and we decided to share it to everybody as a free download

Dub Cmd & SistaSara - Follow The Bassline

Being the most prolific producer of 2020, Dub Cmd is back with his third single. Debuting in 2019 with the EP Moonsteppa & the first collaboration EP Deeper Understanding with the Italian born producer & singer SistaSara, the UK based producer from Poland releases in 2020 a series of crucial vibrations: The 2-part EP Way To Zion ft. Being one of the most active artists on the label, the UK dub producer Dub Cmd is back with a brand new single, the first one in a series of three singles, all planned to be released in year 2020. After the ep Deeper Understanding in 2019, he collaborates once again with the Italian born producer and singer SistaSara, who blessed the riddim with her voice and her conscious lyrics.

Leaving Babylon Behind is presented in three versions: The original vocal version by SistaSara, the obligatory dub version by Dub Cmd and a very special melodica version featuring for the first time the upcoming melodica player Aki Mittoo from Japan.

This EP is a true child of Dubophonic Records. Both artists released earlier this year their own musical works on the label: SistaSara's Space Stepper and Dub Cmd's Moonsteppa. The admiration of each other's music led to their first collaboration … and they are both working on some more tunes, since SistaSara will be giving a word and a voice on some tracks on Dub Cmd's upcoming album in 2020.

No Finger Nails - Quipu Remixes

 A “quipu”, was a method used by the Incas and other ancient Andean cultures to keep records and communicate information. In the ancient Quechua language of the Andes, “quipu” means “knot”. A Quipu is in fact a set of knotted loops, tied by a thicker rope supporting them.

 

Quipu is also a project created by Atome Primitf, a collective of musicians and "dreamers" from Europe, a project inspired by that same method of knots, stringing artistic ties and new collaborations, through cross-genre musical interpretations and audio-visual concepts.

In fact Quipu was born as an audio-visual concept. The four tracks of the EP started as original compositions of Atome Primitif, with the elements of voice, violin and acoustic guitar modeling an unplugged sound. Quipu traveled all around Europe, involving artists from different countries, each one adding their own personal knot, inspired by the compositions of Clelia Patrono.

Andrea Presicce aka No Finger Nails adds his own musical knot through his musical experience, ranging from Electronica to Dub. The EP consists of four remixed tracks, offering a very dub-ambient and mystical alternative, using the original organic sounds. The project expands also audio-visually, with videos and visuals being produced, on that same quipu idea. Dubophonic is very proud and honored to be part of this, tying its own knot in this continuously evolving project!

Mexican Stepper - Run & Tell REMIXED

After his first release on Dubophonic and following his recent European tour, the international artist from Mexico Yasser Serano, better known as Mexican Stepper, returns with another heavyweight track. Based on the same concept of the Mad Sunday EP, Yasser introduces his new tune “Run & Tell” and calls in these times of tribulation the Peruvian singer Rebel-I for vocal assistance, running and telling to the four corners of the world that Babylon is falling down. Originally the title track has been included in Mexican Stepper’s digital LP “Piramide del Sol” from last year released on the French netlabel Original Dub Gathering.

Since Dubophonic likes to experiment and stir things together, we have called assistance from our extended family of artists and asked them to spread the conscious message of the tune in their own style and fashion. The result was twelve exclusive versions of the original tune, reconstructed and mixed all around the world, strengthening the bonds and proving one more time, that conscious dub music is an international thing. Among all versions there is one special dubplate by Mexican Stepper and five remixes by Injham (FR), Thriakis Dub Destroyer (FR), Koncrete Roots (UK), JahYu (GER) and Mr Zebre (FR), as well as six alternative cuts/dubs by Du3normal (HUN), Holy Sound Crew (FR), Murjah Warriors (ITA), Dubios (GER), Mr Mefistou (PR) and Ktopp (GER).

Which is your favourite? You may prefer Mr Zebre’s warrior style vibration or the rootically inspired remix of Thriakis Dub Destroyer. Perhaps it’s the organic skunking melody of the Murjah Warriors, armed with a mandolin and a melodica ina “Renaissance” steppa style, that will carry you away inna cloud of irieness … or the heavy vibrations of Koncrete Roots and Injham. Perhaps the correct question should be “Which one is our favourite?” Well, all twelve versions are heavy enough to set Babylon on fire. So play them LOUD! It remains to you to discover the vibes hidden behind each version!

Sunjaman - Outta Here

Sunjaman is an upcoming producer from Athens, Greece. Being a musician & bass player himself, he has always been exploring the sound of the bass, trying to travel into new territories on his effort to establish his own sound. On the process of exploring the bass territory, he had joined many bands and created numerous side-projects, from punk to hiphop. 

 
Inspired by the originality of roots dub and influenced by the modern dub steppa scene, he began to produce and public his tracks online. He made his debut release in 2013 and continued with many collaborations and releases.

 

The style of Sunjaman cannot be described by only one musical genre. It combines many elements of bass music, such as dubstep, jungle, steppa, roots, dubwise. This is eminent in this 7-track EP, consisting of three original tracks and four alternative cuts.

Nuff respect to Northical from the Greek band/soundsystem Kako Synapantima for vocalising “Heavyweight Sound”, as well as Manwel T from Dubkey Records for his version of “Outta Here”.  Big shout out goes also to Jungle Raiders for a very energetic jungle cut of “Witness the day”.
